Pink Solution is not a disinfectant and this is by design.

Pink Solution is incredible at cleaning away all the dirt, debris, and grime that causes a breeding ground for bacteria to grow on. For those who are hesitant on completely removing disinfecting agents from regions such as washrooms, try using 1 teaspoon of Bleach in a spray bottle of 500 ml of room temperature water, spray the area and let dissipate for best results. The bleach mixed with water's disinfecting power wains after 24 hours so once you have use the bleach in water, dump it out and make a fresh batch the next time you clean.
