Get the fabric wet with warm water and agitate the jean by rubbing both sides with Universal Bar (formerly Laundry Bar). Let the treated fabric sit for a period of time (typically 30 minutes), lift the stain with a terry towel cloth. If the stain persists, find your favorite kettle, boil some water and pour it over the region; continue to agitate the jean using Universal Bar (Formerly Laundry Bar) and your fingertips or an old toothbrush this will loosen the stain from the fibers and complete the clean.
